Seth D. Fink, CPA

Principal | Tax Strategist | Investment Advisor Representative

For more than 30 years, Seth Fink has helped business owners, families, and individuals make smarter, more confident financial decisions.

A Certified Public Accountant and Investment Advisor Representative, Seth specializes in advanced tax strategy, business advisory, and financial analysis, with a particular focus on closely held businesses and the people behind them. His approach goes beyond preparing tax returns or reviewing financial statements—he believes the greatest value comes from understanding the bigger picture and helping clients connect the decisions they make today with where they want to go tomorrow.

Seth earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Arizona in 1993 and subsequently became a licensed CPA in Virginia and Arizona. His career has included serving clients in Tucson, metropolitan Washington, D.C., and Phoenix, as well as individuals and businesses throughout the United States.

Seth has led the firm since 2004, continuing a family tradition that began more than four decades ago and evolving it into what is now Vektra Companies. He is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Arizona Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Outside the office, Seth is a husband and father of three. A lifelong automotive enthusiast and collector, you’ll often find him at a race, car meet, or show—or simply enjoying the next great car. He also loves traveling and exploring new places around the world.

Seth’s connection to the firm is deeply personal.

His father, Mel Fink, founded the practice in Phoenix in 1978 with a simple vision: provide clients with exceptional accounting and tax expertise at a fair price, while treating them with honesty, integrity, and genuine care.

After building the practice for more nearly three decades, Mel welcomed Seth as his partner. Together, they expanded and evolved the firm into a full-service CPA practice built around long-term client relationships.

Mel passed away in 2008, but the principles he established remain part of the firm’s foundation today.
