Sean Hill serves as a Staff Accountant and our Client Experience Lead at Vektra Companies, where he is focused on making sure every client feels welcomed, supported, and valued throughout their relationship with the firm. With a passion for exceptional service, Sean works across the Vektra team to help create a seamless, responsive, and personalized client experience.

A longtime Arizona resident, Sean has called the Phoenix area home for more than 40 years. He earned his Bachelor of Business Management from the University of Phoenix in 2008 and his MBA in 2010. He is currently working toward becoming an Enrolled Agent (EA), further expanding his knowledge and ability to support Vektra clients.

Throughout his career—from retail and restaurant management to his time with the University of Phoenix—Sean has remained focused on one thing: taking care of people. He brings that same commitment to Vektra, helping ensure the firm’s high standard of client care is reflected in every interaction.

Outside of the office, Sean enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring Arizona—especially Prescott—and taking family trips to Disneyland. He is also an avid LEGO builder and sports card collector, with a particular interest in baseball cards.
